Tropical Smoothie

What is better than sitting outside in the warmth with a cold drink in your hand? Sometimes alcoholic but for the most part I just like a nice fruity drink with a little bit of substance to keep me full. Maybe a little irrational but for the most part I make a smoothie so I can pretend to be back in Mexico. I imagine I am laying by the pool with a nice cool drink in my hand.

Smoothies are a quick, easy on the go lunch option, I normally pair them with some almonds or a little something extra to keep me full. If you have a good flavorless protein powder you could add that to the mix for a little more protein. Just up the liquid to keep the right consistency, so it does not get to thick. All you need is a blender and some fruit to make a good smoothie.

Place all your ingredients: mango, strawberries, pineapple juice, vanilla yogurt in the blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth. Enjoy!
