One of my guilty pleasures is cheesecake, especially if there is chocolate in it. It also one of the most indulgent desserts, and most times they are made in a 9-inch springform pan. The only problem is when there are only 3 people in your house that is just too much cheesecake for us to eat. Just one of these little cheesecakes is enough to leave you feeling satisfied without all the guilt.
No bake recipes are perfect in the summertime when it is too hot, and you do not want to turn on the oven. Most cheesecakes are made with eggs but if you are using a no bake you just take out the egg and add extra heavy cream for structure. This recipe is quick to make up and are even elegant enough to serve for a dinner party.
Start by creaming the cream cheese and powdered sugar together, until its light and fluffy. Next add the cocoa powder and mix until no clumps. All you do next is add the vanilla, salt, and heavy cream. Whip it until it is light and fully combined. Prepare your muffin pan with cupcake liners and place an Oreo cookie in the bottom and scoop the cream cheese mixture until full.
